Last fall when Charlie was taking the window unit out I heard a terrible yell and something dropped...fortunately not on his toe and nothing got broken.

So today he used his handy little back hoe to move the a/c to the window. I needed a wide angle to show you the whole deal but this gives you a picture..nothing is ever easy here :-) On the back end there is an excavator, he has his own mini backhoe.
