Health Update

Update from Dr. Devine at Urology Associates.   The biopsy report was good.    Samples of the surrounding tissue in the area came back negative so it appears it had not spread.   Now his PSA should go back to zero and stay at that.   Only 15% of the prostate was involved with a Gleason score of 7.   Doc believes that a more aggressive approach early on is the key to preventing death from prostate cancer.   He thinks he got it all "we will know for sure in 10 years" is what he said...he has a wry sense of humor.   The patient is doing quite well and had a better night of sleep last night with the help of some medicine he had stopped taking.   Tonight should be even better.    He can cook and wash dishes now so that is great :-)
