We have had snow again today but it has warmed up and melted already. I am getting ready for a trip to Missouri this weekend. I am going to enter into a contest a skein of yarn that is a combination of blue satin angora, a tad bit of mohair, small amount of BFL and striped with a thread with colorful nubs. This is it below. Above is my assistant Chloe resting peacefully in my stash of fibers.
Below is Panda on the right feeling cozy amongst my collection of fibers. The afternoon sun is shining in the window and the spot is warm with the wood stove close by. Panda is kinda hard to capture but he is a fine young cat who adopted us last summer. He has white markings under his chin and on his paws but you can't really see it.
sounds like such a wonderful afternoon, with fiber and kitties and woodstove. i love the sun coming in that window. is this your studio?
